Here's some background information on Ryan, for those of you who may be unfamilar with his story. Ryan did 2 Tours in Iraq where he was injured, he had returned to Fort Hood, Texas around a month before the Fort Hood Shooting on November 5th, 2009. As many fled for their lives, Ryan ran in to help his Brothers and Sisters. He is a Fort Hood Shooting First Responder and Survivor. Ryan recieved the Meritorious Service Medal for his brave, honorable and courageous  actions.
