     Soldiers Memorial is currently under renovation, this is the proposed plans of it being finished by Veterans Day 2018 The pictures below are of the Old Courthouse/St.Louis Arch/Jefferson National Expansion Memorial/Luther Ely Smith Park.

       The large green area to the rear of the Old Courthouse in front of Arch is Luther Ely Smith Square, this is an older picture but it still sits in the same area, it's just the whole Arch ground area has been remodeled and renovated the last 5 years, it just reopened a few months ago with many new things to see and do.
